Ian Lay
EME Compliance Manager

Ian is an accomplished EME/RF engineering leader with extensive experience managing base station EME assessments, EME compliance solutions, RF Design, RF optimisation, network rollout and acceptance. Ian has experience in technical pre-sales consultations and implementing best practices across EME and RF design. Ian has excelled at leading specialised teams to deliver complete solutions, leveraging EME/RF planning/prediction tools and his technical knowledge.  Ian has excellent communication skills and work ethic. Ian has led the application to achieve NATA Accreditation for Standard ISO/IEC 17020 for Inspection Bodies.

Zaheer Nizamani
Senior EME Officer

Zaheer is an experienced telecommunications professional with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications and 15 years of industry expertise. Zaheer is proficient in EME compliance, RF optimization, wideband design, and fixed and wireless telecommunications networks. Zaheer is attentive to detail, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimized network performance. He is an analytical problem-solver, adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges. He has strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. He is passionate about innovation and dedicated to achieving excellence, poised to contribute to the telecommunications industry.

Ning Yu
EME Officer

Ning has worked in EME (electromagnetic emission) compliance field since 2008. He took on a management role after 2012. He has managed a small team of hardworking people onshore and offshore to undertake multiple projects and he has provided hands-on training on EME 3D modelling and EME compliance (ISO/IEC 17020). Ning has also conducted site inspections and EME measurements under ISO/IEC 17025.
